Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical docs.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance docs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with proper escalation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building issues.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Inspect building systems and equipment; document maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE) and report hazards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean).
