Job summary

Precision Staffing USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician for a long-term contract. The role focuses on general maintenance in a fast-paced warehouse, with hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and a 50-lb lifting requirement.

You will perform repairs, inspections, organize tools, support 5S and safety initiatives, document activities, and assist with lean improvements. 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of general or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Organize tools and equipment for an efficient workspace.
• Assist with setup, repair, and maintenance of offices and storage.
• Collaborate with maintenance and warehouse staff to keep areas safe.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and 5S audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for organization and safety.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Take on additional maintenance projects as needed.
