Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of cleaning and basic facility maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Actively maintains clean, safe, and orderly facility and grounds.
• Conduct quarterly fire drills and annual drills; document and train staff.
• Follow safety practices and use proper PPE.
• Perform facility inspections and document maintenance schedules.
• Routinely change filters and inspect HVAC and related equipment.
• Assist with moving heavy items and setup for events.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
