Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes.
• Care for indoor and outdoor installations.
• Coordinate winter service when needed with external providers.
• Maintain equipment including fleet and motorized devices.
• Autonomously acquire consumables within laws and standards.
• Perform minor repairs to sanitary and building equipment.
• Evaluate repairs vs third-party service for efficiency.
• Assist in disaster operations and on-call support.
• Monitor technical equipment even on weekends with team coordination.
• Provide availability/support at events.
