Job summary

Bouldering Project in Minnesota is seeking a Facilities Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and presentable facility across locations. The role supports the Facilities Manager and teammates to perform daily cleaning, minor maintenance, and customer service tasks.

This is a part-time position, expected to range from 8-12 hours per week. You will vacuum, mop, sanitize restrooms and fitness equipment, assist with opening and closing procedures, report incidents, and participate in basic

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, cleaning, and operating equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties including vacuuming mats, mopping floors, and sanitizing restrooms and fitness equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized facility and retail space
• Conduct safety and bathroom walkthroughs, resolving immediate needs
• Support opening and closing procedures for cleaning and maintenance
• Execute basic facility maintenance and minor repair tasks
• Clean exterior grounds as necessary
• Engage with customers to answer basic questions and provide assistance
• Respond to accidents and incidents following BP safety protocols
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure an excellent member experience
