Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks for our Redwood City offices. The role involves general office maintenance, equipment repairs, ordering supplies, and supporting the facilities team under the Sr Manager of Facilities.

Onsite schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. This position requires 3–4 years of facilities experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with power tools and basic building

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Five years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change positively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office maintenance.
• Handle hazmat waste.
• Set up the kitchen each morning.
• Record and inspect generators weekly.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and eye wash showers weekly.
• Order office supplies and manage vendor interactions.
• Assist with office moves and changes.
