Altior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to support our New Hampshire facilities. Join a growing healthcare network delivering compassionate care across multiple locations, partnering with a stable, mission-driven team.

In this on-site role, you’ll perform routine upkeep, safety checks, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; handle cleaning, inventory, and vendor coordination; and respond to emergencies with reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Team player and able to follow supervisor instructions.
• May be required to work outside of normal work hours.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance duties (painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).
• Clean interior and exterior of buildings and equipment.
• Complete admin duties and report maintenance statuses.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Respond to maintenance emergency calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with contracted vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.


• Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building.


• Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.


• Comply with all safety and health regulations.


• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.


• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.


• Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.


• 2+ years of experience.


• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.


• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.


• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.


• May be required to work outside of normal work hours.

Salary Range

$23—$26 USD
