Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• - Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.
• - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs; climb ladders up to 24 ft; inspect roofs at height.
• - Strong problem analysis and solving skills; high attention to detail; self-starter and flexible.
• - Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and building/issue management systems.
• - Licenses in Plumbing/HVAC/Electrician and professional certifications listed in Ideal Candidate section.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for the assigned region and complete/maintain all work orders.
• Exercise independent judgment in executing maintenance tasks and coordinating with contractors or vendors.
• Ensure preventive and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and related systems; including water towers and boilers.
• Request vendor bids and proposals per Vendor Management policies; inspect completed work for contract compliance.
• Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to industry safety procedures.
• Contribute to SSFCU goals and uphold core values through the role.
