The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership.

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Heavy Work-May lift over 100 lbs. occasionally. Will frequently lift over 50 pounds at a time. This position will include a good deal of walking or standing. This position may involve sitting from time to time with some pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls. This position requires vision abilities for close up, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability focus intently. This position requires the ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp. This position involves repetitive motion. This position requires the ability to talk and hear. This position may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including wet and humid weather. This position may be exposed to a high level of noise. This position may be exposed to dusty environments. This position may be exposed to hazardous materials.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience

High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience. Strong ability for on the job training. General Construction background desired.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive dealership facility experience.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)

Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification
