Job summary

Black Hills Federal Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain and beautify BHFCU properties, ensuring safe and welcoming environments across all locations. The role covers mechanical and non-mechanical systems, equipment operation, and routine maintenance in all weather conditions.

Ideal candidates have basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, experience with building systems, and the ability to manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and support staff relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with building maintenance and systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain small and heavy equipment.
• Experience with BAS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain lawn care and landscape equipment.
• Perform routine generator tests and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with staff relocation and event setups.
• Maintain and update work orders and logs.
• Help with inventory and vendor coordination.
