Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with minimal disruption.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency of building systems.
• Manage general upkeep and safety compliance including fire safety equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
