Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, fire safety equipment, and general infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with minimal disruption to building operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure longevity and efficiency of building systems and equipment.
• Manage general upkeep of the building, including painting, carpet replacement, floor care, and other tasks.
• Ensure safety compliance and report all safety issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and other relevant facility information.
• Assist with inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations and security teams to address facility-related concerns.
