Job summary

Centerstone in Illinois is seeking a maintenance professional responsible for upkeep of facilities and grounds. You will work independently or with supervision to keep buildings in good condition, coordinate tasks, and respond to maintenance requests.

The role requires at least two years of combined experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and vehicle maintenance, plus a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in person, over the phone, and virtually.
• Minimum two years of combined experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities and grounds; performs maintenance tasks independently or with supervision.
• Schedules and performs routine maintenance and repairs; seeks additional duties during downtime.
• Drives work van between locations and may handle snow removal and salt application in winter.
