Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance in school buildings (non-structural repairs, windows, doors, walls).
Repair broken or leaky plumbing to prevent water damage and restore water fixtures.
Repair damaged electrical wiring when issues occur.
Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control.
Assist with preventative measures to reduce future problems.
Paint rooms when needed due to wear.
Repair safety hazards and sanitize surfaces.
Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
