Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facility maintenance or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Inspect facilities to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and functional condition of all facility areas.
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
