Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure facilities are safe and functional. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs across our Decatur and Clinton locations, conducting inspections, and responding to maintenance requests promptly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and is skilled in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. The role offers a competitive salary of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour and various benefits including generous time off and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior commercial or institutional maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across all Heritage facilities.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests submitted through the Maintenance email system.
