Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Facility Technician to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities safe and compliant.

Responsibilities include monitoring BAS, responding to service requests, and maintaining accurate maintenance records while ensuring OSHA and safety standards are met. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in building engineering or facilities management.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor BAS to optimize energy use and comfort.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies after hours.
• Complete maintenance work orders via CMMS.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and costs.
