Circuit Board Medics seeks an experienced Facilities Technician to maintain and repair Greenville facilities on-site. You will perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance, using hand tools and CMMS to minimize downtime.

This role requires initiative, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong safety mindset. The position offers standard Monday–Friday hours, full-time employment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience with common hand tools (drills, impact wrenches, saws).
• Knowledge of building trades equipment and materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform building maintenance and repairs across HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Learn and repair specialized equipment requiring precision.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and update CMMS.
• Document new procedures and maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as needed.
