Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4-6 years of facility maintenance experience are required.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
• OSHA Lift Operator Certification may be required.
• Must be organized and capable of prioritizing daily tasks.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Coordinate external contractors for installations and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance checklists and maintain records.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure safety compliance.
• Operate equipment controls and assist with renovations.
• Assist with snow removal and custodial duties as needed.
