Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in skilled building maintenance.
• Must pass job-related tests.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• First Aid and CPR cards within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of building repairs including baseboard, tiles, doors, locks and windows.
• Carpentry and remodeling of structures and casework.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Inspect and service HVAC units and other mechanical equipment.
