NC Community Colleges Salisbury Campus in Rowan County is seeking a Facilities Services Technician III to perform skilled maintenance, repair and construction of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and building structures. This Tier I position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least four years of facilities maintenance experience, with licensing or training credentials as noted.

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair and construction of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and building structures.
• Coordinate efforts with contractors; plan for supplies and equipment; install, maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Construct walls, buildings, cabinets, or similar items; operate light equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of activities; this is a Tier I job position.
