Job summary

NEOTech in the United States is seeking a Facilities Technician to handle day-to-day upkeep of the building and preventive maintenance on facility equipment. The role involves repairing interior and exterior areas, coordinating tasks with supervision, and assisting with quotes for services and space relocations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and practical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; trades certification a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior building/property.
• Coordinate daily/weekly work as directed by supervisor.
• Research and obtain quotes for services and facility needs.
• General maintenance including painting, lighting, or weatherproofing.
• Assist Quality to ensure ESD adherence in production.
• Assist with building/work space relocations.
• Communicate with outside vendors.
• Ensure safe work practices and follow site procedures including Lockout-Tagout.
• Complete in-house training as identified in training plans.
• Support corporate/site 6S objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
