Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facility equipment and building systems. You will support the Facilities Manager, coordinate daily work, and help obtain quotes for services and improvements.

The role requires a proactive approach to safety, ESD adherence in production, and collaboration with QA and external vendors. 1+ year of manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate degree is a plus.
• Trade certification is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of interior and exterior building/property.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Assist with quotes for services and facility needs.
• General maintenance including painting, lighting, snow maintenance.
• Assist Quality in ensuring ESD adherence in production.
• Assist with building/work space relocations.
• Communicate with outside vendors.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout-Tagout.
• Support ISO standards across Quality, Environment, Health, Safety and Security.
• Support 6S objectives and other duties as assigned.
