Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree or relevant experience.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders, ensure completion within 48 hours.
• Complete basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, fixtures, and window repairs.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Maintain site-level preventative maintenance inspections and duties.
