Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and refrigeration tasks.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and SOP adherence.
• Abilities to operate and maintain various facility maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and refrigeration maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical issues such as lighting and outlets.
• Install and replace components like ballasts, light fixtures, switches, and breakers.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and facility inspections.
• Respond to work requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety guidelines and SOPs are followed onsite.
