Intervention Inc. in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Building Technician II for a full-time, day-shift role. You will maintain the facility’s safety and appearance, perform routine and emergency repairs, and coordinate with vendors and staff.

Starting pay is $27 per hour, with opportunities for training and career growth within a nonprofit organization serving the criminal justice system. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; and two years related experience and/or training in general maintenance.
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and standards for a commercial or residential facility.
• Computer skills to enter data, generate reports and create basic communications from various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is clean, orderly and safe and compliant with codes.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; cooperate with team and report status monthly.
