Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance (e.g., repairs to windows, doors, walls).
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage and restore fixtures.
• Repair damaged electrical wiring as needed.
• Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control in the facility.
• Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems (e.g., roof sealants).
• Address safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Paint the building when needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and customers.
