Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, painting, wall repair, equipment and shelving installation, and grounds maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver\'s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
• Analyze maintenance needs and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Assemble and install equipment and utilize working knowledge of multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building construction methods.
