The Facilities Technician reports to the Facilities Manager. The primary responsibility for this role is custodial/cleaning of all Charlotte based Facilities. The secondary responsibility for this position is to assist in other general tasks that include moving furniture and/or minor maintenance such as replacing light bulbs. This position does require driving between all Charlotte sites, knowing/understanding all the spaces and the rules/services provided by each Property Management firm.
