CRVA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician I at the Charlotte Convention Center. The role supports maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities, with on-call duties and event-driven responsibilities.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through CRVA’s service philosophy. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of schooling or related experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance and repair projects as needed.
• Ensure setup meets client and department expectations.
• Teardown shows and cleans up areas after events.
• Maintain heating/cooling equipment.
• Ensure proper light setup before events.
• Coordinate with vendors for floor plan accuracy.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall repair.
