CRVA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees maintenance operations, prioritizes repairs, and leads technicians to ensure safety and 100% system operability during events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, scheduling PMs, and generating monthly reports. Requires strong multi-discipline skills (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized schooling 2-3 years.
• 5-6 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Operates, identifies, and prioritizes all plant and system repairs.
• Provides direction to Maintenance Technicians by assigning duties based on trade knowledge.
• Places emphasis on safety within the department daily.
• Familiar with HVAC, Fire Suppression, Electrical, Lighting, Security, AV, Plumbing, and food services systems.
• Schedules preventative maintenance and coordinates with outside contractors when needed.
• Documents processes and creates monthly status reports for CRVA.
