Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Facilities Associate I to join our Mason, OH location on a full-time basis. The role focuses on routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and general facility support to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, at least 6 months of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license may be required. OSHA knowledge and basic repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of related experience.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily facility requests and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure facilities and grounds are free of safety hazards.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment when needed.
• Escort, assist or monitor contractors related to facilities.
• Provide additional facilities support such as custodial tasks, moving furniture, processing mail, stocking supplies.
