Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Facilities Associate I at our Mason, OH location to perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs of facilities, and provide facility-related support. This full-time role emphasizes in-person collaboration and safety, with responsibilities ranging from daily requests and maintenance checks to coordinating contractor work and custodial tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily facility requests, conducts routine maintenance checks on equipment and reports completed work.
• Ensures facilities and grounds are safe and free of hazards.
• Coordinates repairs and maintenance of equipment when needed.
• Escorts, assists or monitors contractors related to facilities.
• Provides other facilities-related support such as custodial tasks, moving furniture, processing mail, maintaining supplies.
