Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Technician I for our Boise properties. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards while addressing tenant concerns.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, maintaining HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems, and coordinating with managers. On-site role with shift-based hours and on-call rotation; EOE.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned properties to keep them free from safety hazards and aesthetically pleasing.
• Respond to maintenance calls and concerns.
• Maintain inventories and organize commonly used parts and equipment.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for tenants and emergencies.
