Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking an Facilities Technician I to maintain The Charmant Hotel and related properties in La Crosse. You will perform routine maintenance to keep facilities safe and appealing, respond to repair requests, and support teammates across shifts.

The role requires overnight availability, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with property management software like Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Overnight shifts 10pm–6am may be required.
• General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) expected.
• Yardi or equivalent software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned properties to keep them safe and aesthetically pleasing.
• Respond to maintenance calls and concerns.
• Complete routine checks and sign-offs on safety systems (fire extinguishers, emergency lights).
• Maintain landscapes and grounds; perform grounds cleanup.
• Assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
