Job summary

You will work under close supervision to ensure smooth operations, assist trades and vendors, help set up events, distribute mail, and keep accurate records of assets and deliveries across campus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintains mail room and key log system; assists with mail and deliveries.
• Performs routine facility inspections and cleanliness monitoring.
• Supports trades and vendors with maintenance tasks.
• Escalates issues following policies.
• Sets up/tears down equipment for meetings and events.
• Receives and distributes daily mail; maintains mailboxes.
• Assists with inventory and distribution of deliveries.
• Maintains locker assignments and prepares lockers for new students.
