Job summary

Cox Automotive in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform groundskeeping, keep the facility and surrounding areas safe and presentable, and assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance.

You will also assist with basic facility maintenance, support the team, keep tools organized, and report safety concerns while following all safety procedures. This is an on-site role with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general groundskeeping throughout the property.
• Maintain the facility and surrounding areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Assist with landscaping, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance.
• Perform basic facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Tech II and other team members with projects as needed.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
