Job summary

Lone Mountain Land Company in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and operate building systems across residential and commercial spaces. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to handle emergencies, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The successful candidate will perform routine tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting and fire safety, support unit turns, and coordinate with vendors while following company policies.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and routine maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior common spaces.
• Perform routine building maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall.
• Oversee unit turns, renovations, repairs and cleaning.
• Install/replace equipment using hand or power tools.
• Ensure utility systems meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
