Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Mechanical or technical experience in building maintenance is heavily preferred.
• Detail-oriented and thorough, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms and hotel buildings.
• Troubleshoot mid-level plumbing, HVAC, painting and sheet rock repairs.
• Assist with issues that require skilled repair or contractor support.
• Maintain daily logs and update work orders in the system.
• Ensure safety compliance and monitor exterior grounds and public areas.
