Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate in basic English; guest interaction
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented and thorough in performing tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Remove all garbage from offices and housekeeping rooms
• Clean mirrors and entrance doors
• Spot clean carpets and report larger stains for shampooing
• Launder public area linens and strip rooms of used linens
• Maintain records of room cleanings and supply usage
• Respond to guest queries and requests promptly
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in safe condition
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues
• Other duties as assigned
