Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance).
• Demonstrated knowledge of trades tools and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building components as needed.
• Maintain records and reports related to work performed and safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and safety hazards.
