Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Associate in Lihue, HI to ensure facility and grounds meet regulatory standards and service needs. You will perform maintenance on diverse items from painting to beds and air conditioning, addressing requests promptly with attention to safety and infection control.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior building maintenance experience, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and grounds in accordance with applicable federal/state regulations.
• Performs and/or coordinates maintenance on items including, but not limited to painting, wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning units, alarms.
• Responds to maintenance requests within allotted time frame.
• Prioritizes work that involves safety or infection control hazard.
