Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to help maintain facilities and grounds in accordance with applicable regulations. You will perform maintenance tasks on items such as painting, wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning, and alarms, contributing to a safe, cared-for environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and building maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and grounds in accordance with applicable federal/state regulations.
• Performs and/or coordinates maintenance on items including, but not limited to painting, wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning units, alarms.
• Responds to maintenance request within allotted time frame.
• Prioritizes work that involves safety or infection control hazard.
