Seabrook Island Club is looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for general maintenance and repairs of facilities. You will assess and document repairs, ensuring all member areas are in top condition.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in carpentry or maintenance, possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and be ready to work in various conditions. Join our team and help us maintain the standards of the club!

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in carpentry or general maintenance.
• Mechanical, plumbing, electrical or HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and buildings.
• Survey facilities for needed repairs and document issues found.
• Maintain Club facilities to the highest level.
