Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance work experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Current, valid driver license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-call participation may require off-hours work.
• Experience with hand & power tools, lawn and snow equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds, parking areas and driveways including snow/ice removal.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety rules, policies and HIPAA where applicable.
