Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain site facilities and equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Maintain plant property and grounds, including storm damage, trash, and snow removal.
• Assist with electrical work and utilities installation as needed.
• Support operation of boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Track reactive maintenance activities and drive improvements.
