Job summary

Lineage is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You will follow safety standards and work under leadership guidance to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical assets, refrigeration systems, and material handling equipment, with attention to reporting and teamwork across shifts. A flexible schedule and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in maintenance or trade school related fields.
• Capable of performing preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in operating power and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, and repair mechanical and electrical assets.
• Perform preventive maintenance on automated site equipment.
• Inspect refrigeration systems and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain material handling equipment per guidelines.
• Document inspections and report to leadership daily.
• Operate power tools and welding equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
