Job summary

Techniplas South LLC. is seeking a Facility Technician to install, repair and maintain site facilities in a collaborative environment.

The role requires coordination with multiple departments to deliver reliable facility services and superior customer support. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, basic electrical work, and supporting boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with EHS rules and Techniplas policies.

Qualifications

• A technician degree or equivalent in maintenance is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related technical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance systems (Preventive, Corrective, Proactive).
• Possess a high level of energy and motivation to achieve potential.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Remove, replace, and/or repair building and equipment and their working components.
• Maintain plant property and grounds, including storm damage, trash removal, and snow removal.
• Maintain KPIs such as MTTR and MTBF.
• Conduct assigned preventative maintenance at regular intervals and fulfill recordkeeping.
• Perform minor electrical and other utilities installations.
• Support operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating systems, ventilation systems, and cooling systems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Track and execute reactive maintenance activities.
• Implement and optimize continuous improvement workflows.
• Demonstrate a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with EHS programs and local regulations.
