Job summary

BrightPath Kids in the Cincinnati metro area is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee up to 15 locations and perform light maintenance across multiple trades. You will manage work orders, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, and support audits and regulatory visits to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing facilities across multiple sites preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage up to 15 site locations.
• Perform light maintenance and repairs across trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Troubleshoot small appliances and equipment.
• Maintain exterior spaces and vendor management including playgrounds.
• Process work orders and track status in the system.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and monitor performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations and compliance.
• Support centers during audits, regulatory visits, and initiatives.
