Qualifications

• Two+ years in general shop or building maintenance preferred.
• Trade skills include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair cooking and prep equipment (oven, grill, fryer, ice machine).
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry).
• Follow Preventative Maintenance schedules and manage work orders.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and suppliers; manage parts.
• Review and complete work orders and projects within set timeframes.
• Provide facility visit summaries and document next steps.
• Communicate technical information clearly to the organization.
• Operate company fleet van and maintain parts inventory.
• Respond to emergency situations with urgency.
• Attend staff meetings and work hours including on-call, holidays, weekends.
